摘要:
基于教师绩效评价相关文献及高职院校特点，构建了高职院校教职工绩效评价指标体系。鉴于教职工绩效评价本身的复杂性和不确定性，在确定指标权重时将模糊理论中常用的三角模糊数引入层次分析法，形成模糊层次分析法，改进了传统层次分析法在确定指标权重上无法满足模糊性的要求。简述了用三角模糊数互补判断矩阵求解指标权重的步骤，并给出具体的数值算例。对结果的分析表明将三角模糊数用于职校教工绩效评价中能将模糊的不确定的语言转化为确定数值，很好地解决了评估准则无法准确度量而只能用自然语言进行评估的矛盾，从而为职业院校制定绩效管理决
Abstract:
Based on teachers' performance evaluation of the literature and the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, vocational college faculty performance evaluation index system is constructed. In view of the complexity of faculty performance evaluation and uncertainty, when determining the index weight is commonly used in the fuzzy theory of triangular fuzzy number is introduced into the analytic hierarchy process, the formation of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp), and improved the traditional analytic hierarchy process (ahp) in determining the index weight can't meet the requirements of fuzziness. Briefly described using triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix to solve the index weight of steps, and detailed numerical example is given. On the analysis of the results show that the triangular fuzzy number of faculty performance evaluation that can be used in vocational schools, the fuzzy uncertainty of language into certain values, well solved the evaluation to the assessment criteria to accurate measurement and can only be used to evaluate the natural language, the contradiction of the for vocational colleges provide a scientific basis for performance management decisions, and to improve the overall level of performance
