摘要:
退休作为重要的生活事件,意味着个体在相对较长的工作期内所形成的生活节奏、经济状况、身心状态、社会交往等都随着退休事件的发生而变化。利用工作满意度、生活满意度、社会支持、未来时间知觉等量表对海员退休人员和陆岸退休人员进行对比统计分析,了解海员退休人员心理的现状和特点,确定海上和陆岸职业经历对退休人员产生的潜在差异。研究表明,缩短海上合同期限和有意识地构建社会支持系统是提升海员退休人员“成功老龄化”的有效途径和方式。
Abstract:
Retirement, as an important life event, means that the rhythm of life, economic condition, physicaland mental state, and social interaction formed by individuals during a relatively long working period all changewith the occurrence of retirement events. Using the measurement of job satisfaction, life satisfaction, socialsupport, future time perspective and other scales to make a comparative statistical analysis of seafarers’ retireesand onshore retirees, to understand the psychological status and characteristics of seafarers’ retirees, and todetermine the potential differences between offshore and onshore occupational experiences on retirees. Shorteningthe duration of Seafarer’s Employment Agreement and consciously constructing a social support system areeffective ways and means to promote the "successful aging" of retired seafarers.
