摘要:: 随着船舶科技的高度发展，自动化、智能化技术在船舶上的应用日趋成熟，对轮机管理工作也提出了更专业、更全面的要求。为适应科技发展、保证船舶安全，作为船舶动力设备的总负责人—轮机长，需要深入学习专业知识，提高专业能力，增强轮机管理意识，大力倡导技术与管理兼备的复合型人才培养，积极探索轮机管理中的工作思路和方向。

Abstract:: With the high development of marine science and technology, the application of automation and intelligent technology in ships is becoming more and more mature, which also puts forward more professional and more comprehensive requirements for the management of marine engineering. In order to adapt to the development of science and technology and ensure the safety of ships, as the chief officer of marine power equipment, he needs to learn professional knowledge, improve professional ability, enhance the consciousness of marine engineering management, vigorously advocate the cultivation of composite talents with both technology and management, and actively explore the working ideas and direction of marine engineering management.
