摘要:
重大疫情的来临，对国家治理体系、医疗卫生、物资保障、基础设施、应急管理工作等都是重大挑战，对于高校的就业推进工作更是巨大的挑战。高校的疫情防控工作和就业工作要同步进行。疫情期间，在就业指导过程中进行有效的思想政治教育可以提升师生战胜疫情的信心，凝聚人心，为高校立德树人工作的开展提供重要保障。当前高校疫情防控工作已经进入常态化形势，高校应结合实际，推动就业工作中思想政治教育有效性的实现。
Abstract:
The advent of a major epidemic is a major challenge to the national governance system, medical and health care, material support, infrastructure, emergency management, etc., and it is a great challenge to the efficient employment promotion. The epidemic prevention and control work and employment work in colleges and universities should be carried out simultaneously. Effective ideological and political education in the process of employment guidance during the epidemic period can enhance the confidence of teachers and students to overcome the epidemic, gather people's hearts, and provide an important guarantee for the development of moral education in colleges and universities. At present, the epidemic prevention and control work in colleges and universities has entered the normal situation, colleges and universities should combine the reality to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education in employment work.
