摘要:
为提高在青岛前湾港区靠泊的大型集装箱船在大风中操纵的安全性,使其在面临各种局面时都能够确保安全,减轻面临的风险,有必要对该类船舶在大风中的运动规律进行探讨和总结。针对366/400米集装箱船的船型特点,运算出各类风力下的估算风力值,从而据以决定是否能够靠泊,或者靠泊时需要配备合理的拖轮。
Abstract:
In order to improve the handling safety of large container ships to berth at Qingdao Qianwan Container Terminal in high winds, so that they can ensure safety and mitigate risks in the face of various situations, it is necessary to discuss and summarize the motion law of this kind of ship in high wind. According to the characteristics of the 366-400m container ships, the estimated wind values under various wind forces are calculated to determine whether it is possible to berth or whether it is necessary to have a reasonable tug at berth.
