摘要:
国际海事组织(IMO)修订了MARPOL73/78公约附则Ⅵ,要求TierⅢ阶段NOx排放量比TierⅠ阶段减少80%。SCR控制技术是当前船舶废气脱销减排主流技术。本文基于国内外SCR技术研究现状及其系统组成、反应机理,对SCR尿素喷射系统进行设计分析,为优化SCR系统结构设计提供参考。
Abstract:
Currently, the International Maritime Organization has proposed that Annex VI to the MARPOL73/78 Convention be developed and amended to begin enforcing stricter Tier III regulations requiring an 80% reduction in NOx emissions compared to Tier I through analysis of vessel emission control technologies, it is preliminary concluded that SCR is the main emission control technology of marine diesel engine at present. The present situation of SCR emission control technology at home and abroad is studied, the composition and Chemical Reaction Mechanism of SCR system is analyzed, and the design of SCR hybrid system is analyzed, it provides a reference for optimizing SCR system structure design
