摘要:
随着我国制造业转型升级发展，企业对数控技术专业人才提出了更高的要求。企业生产现场已从单一的机床应用向融入自动化装备、信息化技术、智能化技术的生产线转变；在生产的各环节中，企业对于人才的需求和要求更加多元化和复合型。高职院校必须进一步优化专业人才培养方案，创新人才培养模式，不断提高办学水平和培养质量，促进先进制造领域人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合。
Abstract:
With the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry, enterprises have put forward higher requirements for numerical control technology professionals. The production site has changed from a single machine tool application to automation equipment, information technology, intelligent technology; the talent demand and requirements are more diversified and compound. Higher vocational colleges must further optimize the professional talent training scheme, improve the educational level and training quality, and promote the integration of supply side and industrial demand side in advanced manufacturing.
