针对某科考船电动绞车系统变频柜一例故障，对变频驱动系统组成及预充电电路进行了分析，并结合故障现象分析了故障原因，介绍了故障排查过程。

Aiming at a fault of a frequency conversion drive winch on research ship, the principle of variable frequency drive system and its pre-charging circuit were analyzed. Combining with the fault phenomenon, the causes of failure were analyzed, the troubleshooting procedures were introduced.
