摘要:
通过对HIMSEN ENGINE H32/40型船用发电柴油机燃油系统典型故障的诊断分析,得出柴油机高压油泵进回油管连接、高压油泵本体油路以及喷油嘴Nozzle结构尺寸等方面的设计不足,进而提出优化措施。从使用效果看,改进后的燃油系统减少了故障率,降低了NOx的排放,满足TierⅡ标准
Abstract:
Taking HIMSEN ENGINE H32/40 type generator engine as example, carried out typical failure analysis about fuel system. Then, concludes some insufficient design on fuel inlet & outlet pipe connection, Fuel oil route inside of fuel high pressure pump and nozzle of fuel injector, and put forward some ideas about optimization design, in order to reduce the engine Failure rate and emissions of NOx which should be meet the standard of IMO-TierⅡ.
