摘要:
采用冷链物流运营商模式是港口增加物流附加值的新的重要的方式，对港口商业运营环境有较高的要求。论文根据实际调研，归纳指出青岛港冷链物流商业模式的成功经验：具有特殊国家海洋产学研及对外开放的天然优势；世界第七大港的强势基础地位；完备的交通体系；高速便捷的信息平台、配套全面设施设备；优质高效的管理经验和专业团队。旨在为业内发展冷链物流提供参考或启示。
Abstract:
Using cold chain logistics operator model is a new and important way to increase the added value of port logistics, For port business environment with higher requirements. According to the actual investigation, the successful experience of Qingdao port cold chain logistics business model is summarized in this paper: has the special national marine research and open natural advantage, strong base position, the world's seventh largest comprehensive transportation system, high speed and convenient information platform, supporting a comprehensive facilities, high quality and efficient management experience and professional team. In the end, the article aims to provide a reference for the development of cold chain logistics and the inspiration.
