摘要:
船舶引航是海上货物运输的“最后一公里”，是港口生产运行的关键环节，对保障船舶航行安全、港口生产安全，维护港口水域通航秩序具有重要意义。日照港水域通航密度大，通航环境复杂，船舶引航风险较高。本文结合日照港的通航环境及引航现状，分析目前引航过程中潜在的主要风险，并提出对策，以期保障船舶引航安全。
Abstract:
Ship pilotage is the "last mile" of cargo transportation by sea, and it is a key link in port production and operation. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of ship navigation, port production and maintenance of port water navigation order. The Rizhao Port waters have high navigable density, complex navigable environment, and high risk pilotage risks. Combined with the navigation environment of Rizhao Port waters and the current situation of pilotage, this paper analyzes the main potential risks in the current pilotage process, and proposes countermeasures, in order to reduce the pilotage risks in Rizhao Port waters and ensure the pilotage safety.
