区块链技术作为21世纪的新兴技术,被认为是继蒸汽机、电力、信息和互联网技术之后,目前最有可能引起第五轮颠覆性革命浪潮的核心技术,具有广阔的应用领域和发展前景。目前区块链技术更多的是应用于金融领域,在人力资源管理方面的应用较少。本文尝试从人力资源管理中的激励机制入手,分析区块链技术在企业人力资源管理中可能的应用方式,并以此来对目前企业在人力资源管理中存在的问题提出相应的解决方案。
As an emerging technology in the 21st century, blockchain technology is considered to be the core technology most likely to cause the fifth round of disruptive revolution wave after steam engine, electricity, information and Internet technology, and has broad application fields and development prospects. At present, blockchain technology is more applied in the financial field, and less applied in human resource management. This paper attempts to start from the incentive mechanism of human resource management, analyzes the possible application of blockchain technology in enterprise human resource management, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in enterprise human resource management.
