后疫情时代,大学毕业生面临经济萎缩、自身定位偏差、就业观念多元等问题,就业市场的供需矛盾更加尖锐。面对疫情产生的新问题、新挑战,高校就业工作应因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,籍此建构就业工作的“三全育人”体系,即:全员发动,不断完善就业工作全员育人机制;全程推进,持续加强就业工作全过程育人机制;全面统筹,协调推进全方位育人机制。
In the post-Epidemic era, college graduates are faced with problems such as economic contraction, self-positioning deviation and diverse employment concepts, and the contradiction between supply and demand in the job market is more acute.
