船舶二氧化碳灭火系统是船舶重要应急设备,是船舶发生大型火灾时最有效的应急措施,但时常会因船员不熟悉其工作原理,或日常管理、操作测试不当,而发生一些意外伤亡事故。防范二氧化碳误释放从而避免人员伤亡事故是一项系统性综合工作。在二氧化碳灭火系统的技术把控环节中,不仅要通过培训和演习等措施来提高船员的业务能力,也需要制造商、主管机关、船级社等各方在设计生产检验方面把关,把误操作的可能性降到最低。
