在双碳战略背景下,内河航运的大气污染问题日益引起重视。通过排放控制区等措施的实施,SOX排放量已逐年降低,而NOX的排放量居高不下,仍是内河航运业面临的棘手问题。本文从国内外控制船舶NOX的排放现状展开探讨,针对我国内河航运在控制排放方面遇到的问题,提出未来内河航运减排NOX的相关措施。
Under the strategic background of a strong maritime country and a strong transportation country, shipping has developed by leaps and bounds with its huge advantages, and inland shipping has also ushered in a broad development prospect. At the same time, the impact of air pollution from inland ships on the environment is increasing. Through the implementation of emission control areas, the emission of sulfur oxides has been reduced year by year, while the emission of nitrogen oxides remains high, which is still a thorny problem facing the shipping industry. This paper discusses the current situation of controlling the emission of nitrogen oxides from ships at home and abroad, and proposes relevant measures to reduce nitrogen oxides in the future of inland waterway shipping in view of the problems encountered by my country's inland waterway shipping in terms of emission control.
