完善的区域冷链物流网络对推进农产品冷链物流发展极为关键,有利于降低农产品在流通过程中的货损率和流通成本,提高农产品的市场竞争力。本文基于2020年山东省各地级市经济水平、行业发展水平、冷链物流需求和基础设施的相关统计数据,通过主成分分析法确定各地级市冷链物流综合能力排名,并根据轴辐式引力模型与物流隶属度模型计算辐点城市与轴心城市间的物流引力及隶属程度,从而构建了以青岛、潍坊、济南和临沂为四个轴心城市的轴辐式冷链物流网络。针对这四个物流圈现存的问题,对山东省冷链物流系统优化及区域物流发展提出相关建议。
A sound regional cold chain logistics network is crucial to promote the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, which is conducive to reducing the loss rate and circulation cost of agricultural products in the circulation process and improving the market competitiveness of agricultural products. Based on 2020 in Shandong province each locally administrated level economic level, industry level of development, according to the relative statistic data of the cold chain logistics demand and infrastructure, through principal component analysis to determine the level of cold chain logistics comprehensive ability, and according to the shaft radial gravity model and logistics membership model calculation convergence point between the city and the axis of the city logistics gravity and membership degree, Thus, a hub-and-spoke cold chain logistics network with Qingdao, Weifang, Jinan and Linyi as the four axis cities has been constructed. Finally, in view of the existing problems of the four logistics circles, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of cold chain logistics system and regional logistics development in Shandong Province.
