基于社会学员在航海英语学习方面的特点,需对他们适应性安排教学内容和教学进度,在教学设计和实施中突出开放性,采取分层教学、翻转课堂、混合式教学等各种教学策略,着力发挥学员的能动性,提高教学效果。
Taking the social Learners for the rank of third officers on board of Qingdao Ocean-Shipping Mariners’ College as the research objects, this paper analyzes their characteristics regarding nautical English learning, puts forward that the teaching content and teaching progress should be adapted to facilitate their study, with highlight on the openness in the teaching design and implementation, and various teaching strategies such as layered teaching, flipped classroom and mixed teaching should be adopted, so as to give full play to the students' initiative and improve the teaching effect.
