基于专业教师课程思政教学能力提升策略,科学设计“船舶电站”课程思政教学体系,致力拓展专业课程的广度、深度与温度,把思想政治教育贯穿人才培养始终。坚持以专业知识教学为中心,以专业育人理念为根本,以工作任务为载体,综合网络教学平台及3D虚拟现实设备模型等现代信息化教学手段,实现专业教学与思政教育同频共振,并按PDCA循环原则使教学质量管理形成闭环,推进教学质量持续改进。
Based on promoting the specialized teachers ability of curriculum politics, Scientifically designed the curriculum politics teaching system of ship power station, dedicated to expand the breadth, depth and temperature of specialized course. Making the ideological and political education throughout the whole talents training. Persist in taking the professional knowledge teaching and professional education as a central body, taking training tasks as carriers, integrating network teaching platform and 3D virtual reality device. And then, using information teaching methods to sublimate the professional teaching and ideological education. At last, utilizing the PDCA cycle principle.to improve the teaching quality.
