利用偶然性偏差控制技术、规律性偏差控制技术以及火工矫正技术这三种技术方法有效防控矿砂船舱口盖的变形问题。通过研究并结合现场生产实践积累的数据,分析出控制要点,从以往的事后被动应对变形,转变成施工过程中控制变形,使其少产生最终不产生,从而使矿砂船舱口盖精度标准达到了事半功倍的效果,同时为精度管理体系提供了技术支撑。
The purpose of the study is how to effectively prevent and control the deformation of the hatch cover of ore cabin. This paper proposes three technical methods to solve the problem, namely, accidental deviation control technology, regular deviation control technology and pyrotechnics correction technology. Through research and combining with the data accumulated in the field production practice, the control points are analyzed, and the result is that the former passive response to the deformation after the event is transformed into the control of the deformation in the construction process, so that the deformation will be less generated and eventually not generated. A series of demonstrations have been carried out step by step with objective, analysis, emphasis and method, and a set of special research results have been formed, which make the door of ore cabin reach the accuracy standard with twice the effort, and at the same time provide technical support for the accuracy management system for domestic shipping enterprises' reference.
