摘要:
成山头海域交通流复杂,渔区和商船航道交错,渔船与商船碰撞事故频繁。采用事故树分析法对资深船长、大副进行问卷调查,在成山头海域渔商船事故历史数据的基础上,结合当前通航形势,确定了商船、渔船、通航环境、管理系统四大影响因素,并对当前现状提出了预防措施及建议。
Abstract:
Chengshantou sea area traffic flow is complex, merchant shipping channels and fishing areas cross, fishing boats and merchant ships collision frequent. Based on the historical data of fishing and merchant ship accidents in chengshantou sea area and combined with the current navigation situation, the four influencing factors of merchant ship, fishing boat, navigation environment and management system were determined, and the preventive measures and suggestions were put forward.
