摘要:
吉大港是孟加拉国最大最重要的港口。受地理环境、船舶密度等因素影响，该港锚地驳载作业存在诸多风险。本文结合实践经验，探讨了吉大港的特殊区域航行、走锚应对、防止偷盗、驳载作业等几方面的安全注意事项。
Abstract:
Chattogram (Chittagong) is the biggest and most important port of Bangladesh, but high risks exist during operation in the anchorage due to geographic environment and traffic density. Based on practical experience, this paper discusses safe navigation in special area, response when dragging anchor, prevention of thievery, and ship-to-barge operation in Chattogram.
