摘要:
2020年，新冠病毒疫情肆虐全球，对全球航海教育与培训工作产生极大影响。各国海事院校积极应对疫情，并及时调整教学授课模式。基于国际海事大学联合会发布调查问卷的结果，分析疫情下中外航海教育的现状及存在问题，讨论了国外多所知名海事院校针对疫情的应对措施，从课程安排、考核评估、授课模式等方面详细阐述疫情期间国外航海教育模式的特点，并与我国疫情下的航海教育体制进行对比分析，便于航海教育机构有针对性地进行研究和借鉴。
Abstract:
In 2020, the epidemic of CoVID-19 is rampant all over the world, which has a great impact on the global maritime education and training. In order to deal with the impact of the epidemic situation, maritime education institutions in various countries adjust the teaching mode in time. Based on the results of the questionnaire issued by IAMU, this paper introduces the current situation, existing problems and countermeasures of Maritime Education in China and abroad under the epidemic situation, and lists the education modes of many maritime colleges and universities abroad. From the aspects of curriculum arrangement, assessment and teaching mode, this paper elaborates the characteristics of maritime education mode in foreign countries under the epidemic situation to compare and analyze the maritime education system under the current epidemic situation in China, for providing some references for maritime education institutions in China.
