摘要:
船员技能竞赛作为行业技能型人才培养的重要载体，近年来蓬勃开展，对行业的发展起到了积极的作用。本文从轮机管理视角对船员技能竞赛的意义和特点进行了分析，并从轮机专业角度提出应对措施。
Abstract:
In recent years, the booming development of navigational skills competition of seafarers as an important carrier of cultivation of skilled talents promotes the development of the marine industry. Based on Marine Engineering, this paper analyzes the significance and characteristics of navigational skills competition of seafarers, and puts forward measures from the professional point of view of Marine Engineering.
