摘要:
本文梳理了外国籍船舶进入我国内水航行的各项法律法规规定，并分析了宁波舟山沿海船舶通航规律。在此基础上，结合在宁波沿海海区长期从事通航管理的经验，综合考虑浙江沿海通航环境特点及港区实际情况，给出了外国籍船舶进出宁波舟山港核心港区的内水推荐航路。
Abstract:
This paper sorts out the laws and regulations on the entry of foreign vessels into China's internal water navigation, and analyzes the navigation rules of zhoushan coastal vessels in Ningbo.On this basis, combined with the long-term experience of navigation management in Ningbo coastal area, considering the characteristics of coastal navigation environment in Zhejiang province and the actual situation of the port area, this paper gives the recommended route for foreign ships to enter and leave the core port area of Zhoushan Port in Ningbo.
