摘要:
“IMO2020限硫令”背景下，低硫燃料油（VeryLowSulphurFuelOil,VLSFO）品质和特性的不合规导致了船舶主机潜在事故率大幅提高，严重影响了船舶的航行安全。通过分析船用VLSFO的特性及安全影响因素，得出船舶长期燃用VLSFO可能存在的风险及有效防控措施，作为船舶采取低硫油策略来应对“2020限硫令”时风险防控的重要参考。
Abstract:
Under the “IMO 2020 Sulfur Control Policy”, the non-compliance of Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (VLSFO) has led to a increase in the potential accident rate of the ship’s main engine, which has seriously affected the safety of ship navigation. By analyzing the characteristics and safety influencing factors of marine VLSFO, the effective prevention and control measures that may exist in ships burning VLSFO for a long time are obtained, which serves as an important reference for Ship-owner
