摘要:
为提高学生礼仪素养，高职院校加强基于岗位需求为指导的社交礼仪课程改革非常重要。本文从课程规划设计、教师甄选、教材创新、教学模式、赛教模式等多方面探讨深化改革社交礼仪课程的举措，为高职生毕业后迅速适应岗位要求、行业发展做充分的准备。
Abstract:
It is more important for Higher Vocational Colleges to strengthen the curriculum reform based on post demands in order to improving students' etiquette quality. This paper discussed the reform measures of social etiquette education especially from the aspects of curricular planning and design, teachers selection, textbook innovation, teaching model, promoting teaching mode by competition, etc., so as to make full preparation for higher vocational students to meet the post demands and industry development after graduation.
