摘要:
VLCC引航操纵是一项高风险作业,尤其是在日照港岚山港区,潮流急,通航密度大,渔船碍航严重,使得VLCC从锚地到泊位的引航操纵都充满了风险。本文将结合VLCC的操纵特性和岚山港区的潮流特点,以M.T“EAGLEVERONA”靠泊为例,探讨大型油船靠泊日照港实华油7泊位引航操纵。
Abstract:
The VLCC pilotage is a high-risk operation, especially in the Lanshan port area, where the tide is fast, the navigation density is high, and sometimes the fishing boats are seriously obstructing the navigation, which makes the VLCC pilotage operation from the anchorage to the berth full of risks. In this paper, combined with the maneuvering characteristics of VLCC and the tidal characteristics of Lanshan port area, taking the berthing of M.T"EAGLE VERONA" as an example, it will discuss the pilotage operation of VLCC berthing at Shihua No. 7 berth.
