摘要:
随着我国对高等教育支持力度的增加，各高校办学自主权不断扩大，高校经营管理的风险也日益突出。然而，目前高校内部控制制度还不健全，建立完善的高校内部控制制度已经势在必行。本文结合青岛远洋船员职业学院的实际情况，综合运用COSO报告和国内外内部控制理论研究成果，构建了一套系统化的内部控制和全面风险管理体系。
Abstract:
With the increasing support to higher education in our country, colleges and universities continue to expand their school autonomy. The management risks of colleges are therefore increasingly prominent. However, as the internal control system of colleagues is not perfect, it is imperative to establish a sound internal control system. This paper, based on the actual situation of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College, applied COSO reports and researches of internal control theories home and abroad, aims to build a systematic system of internal control and risk management.
