针对船舶车床加工精度普遍偏低的问题,设计了船舶车床刚度测量系统;依据系统工作原理,设计出船舶车床刚度测量装置,给出了装置的螺旋机构、弓形体和圆柱销等核心设备的设计计算,并对装置核心设备进行了剪切强度、弯曲强度和挤压强度的计算校核,其结果在许用范围内。
