人才是实现民族复兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源。当下,高职毕业生离职率居高不下,学生职业精神、核心竞争力缺失,为高职思政课及人才培养高质量发展带来极大挑战。如何将工匠精神融入思政课,引领学生明匠心、铸匠魂、强匠技,德技并修,回答好“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一国家课题至关重要。本文坚持问题导向,从文化、政治、创新三个维度,丰富工匠精神价值内涵;从教学设计、教学形式等六个方面,提出思政课改革创新路径,为工匠精神赋能高职思政课,提供了典型范式。
Talent serves as a strategic resource to realize national rejuvenation and win the initiative of international competition. At present, the turnover of higher vocational graduates remains high, and students lack of professionalism and core competitiveness brings great challenges to the high-quality development of ideological and political courses and personnel training in higher vocational colleges. It is crucial to answer the questions of "who to train, how to train and for whom to train" and learn the way to integrate craftsmanship spirit into ideological and political courses, lead students to show ingenuity, build craftsmanship soul, strengthen craftsmanship skill. This paper adheres to the problem orientation and enriches the spiritual value connotation of craftsmen from three dimensions: culture, politics and innovation; From six aspects, such as teaching design and teaching form, this paper puts forward the reform and innovation path of ideological and political course, which provides a typical paradigm for craftsmanship spirit to empower ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges.
