为有效把控船舶自力靠泊,减少判断失误,基于理论研究的基础,通过靠泊操纵实践,结合靠泊过程中的操纵手段和变量因素,通过对雷达标绘参数的精准设定,使自力靠泊操作基于雷达观测量化控制。讨论靠泊过程中应注意的相关问题,提出对应的解决思路,把握最佳操纵时机,利用车、舵、锚、缆的相互配合,合理掌控船身摆位、入泊角度、抵泊余速、用锚时机、带缆顺序等关键因素,保障船舶在有流港实现安全稳定自力靠泊。
