摘要:
随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,建设新校区成为高校规模扩张的重要举措。与此同时对新校区建筑工程的质量要求也越来越高。因此提高建筑工程现场施工技术管理水平是十分必要和迫切的。本文以提升建筑工程技术管理工作成效,促使建筑工程企业平稳发展为主旨,对施工技术管理现状及重要性进行论述,并详细阐述其中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的改进方案。
Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in China, the construction of new campuses has become an important measure for the scale expansion of colleges and universities. At the same time, the quality requirements of the new campus construction projects are also getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to improve the technical management level of construction site construction. With the aim of improving the effectiveness of construction engineering technical management and promoting the steady development of construction engineering enterprises, this paper discusses the status quo and importance of construction technical management, and elaborates the main problems existing therein, and puts forward corresponding improvement plans.
