本文通过对某校2004-2013届航海类专业学生毕业后职业发展状况调查，分析十届毕业生总体职业素养，以及在企业的职业发展情况，进一步了解目前海员队伍建设情况，摸清企业人才队伍发展规律和需求，以便于科学开展航海类专业学生的职业发展与就业指导。

In this paper, through the survey of the career development of the 2004-2013 session of maritime majors in a university, the overall professional quality of the 10 Session of graduates and their career development in enterprises are analyzed, so as to further understand the current situation of seafarer team construction and find out the development rules and needs of enterprise talent team, so as to scientifically carry out the career development and employment guidance of maritime majors.
