摘要:
基于某次发电柴油机滑油低压停车事故,分析导致滑油低压的各种原因,找到本次故障的根本原因是滑油泵主传动齿轮从曲轴轴颈脱落。为防止此类事故再次发生,应从设计制造与日常管理两方面加以改进。
Abstract:
This paper described a low-pressure shutdown accident of generator engine, analyzed the possible causes of low-pressure lubricating oil, found out that the root cause of this fault was the slipping of driving gear for lubricating oil pump from the crankshaft journal, and finally put forward the countermeasures to prevent recurrence of such accidents from the perspective of design, manufacturing and daily management.
