摘要:
“双师型”教师队伍建设是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要任务之一，也是高职院校教师提高自身教学水平的主要方向。本文以国际邮轮乘务管理专业的“双师型”教师建设为例，分析了目前该专业师资现状，“双师型”教师发展存在的问题，并提出了解决策略，以期给该专业“双师型”教师建设与发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The "double-qualified" teaching faculty construction is one of the important tasks in higher vocational colleges, and is also one of the main directions for teachers to improve their teaching ability. Takes the major of international cruise service and management as an example, this paper elaborates current status of teaching quality, analyzes the problems existing in the development of "double-qualified" teachers and proposes the relevant strategies in the hope of offer reference for the future teaching faculty construction.
