摘要:
正确引领教师实施科学有效的职业生涯规划, 对教师个人职业发展和学校个性化人力资源管理都具有十分重要的意义。本文将职业生涯规划的一般理论运用到高职教师的职业生涯规划与管理领域，基于高职院校教师职业生涯规划的有关文献和资料，本文首先介绍了高职院校教师职业生涯规划的相关理论，对高职教师职业生涯规划的概念、目的、整体思路和职业生涯规划管理的闭环机制进行了论述，最后就加强高职院校教工职业生涯规划管理进行了探讨。
Abstract:
It is important to correctly lead teachers to implement scientific and effective career planning for teacher professional development and personalization of the school . This paper will career planning of general theory using to high vocational teachers of career planning and management field, based on high vocational college teachers career planning of about literature and information, paper first introduced has high vocational college teachers career planning of related theory, on high vocational teachers career planning of concept, and purpose, and overall thought and career planning management of closed ring mechanism for has discusses, last on strengthening high vocational college staff career planning management for has discussion.
