摘要:
高职港航类专业职业性强，在人才培养过程中，大部分高职院校着重于学生的专业能力，而相对忽视学生进入职场后的职业提升能力和可持续发展能力。礼仪类课程对培养学生这两方面能力有着不可忽视的作用。因此，加强高职院校港航类专业学生礼仪类课程建设与改革势在必行。本文从完善礼仪类课程结构和实现途径、激发相关师生课程正能量投入、加强师资建设等方面探讨了高职院校港航类专业礼仪课程的改革方案。
Abstract:
Higher vocational colleges pay less attention to the education of etiquette connotation, and it is easy to lead to the learning atmosphere of emphasizing technology over literacy among which port and shipping majors are highly professional and technical. Therefore, It is particularly important for us to strengthen the construction and reform of etiquette literacy courses for port & shipping majors, to improve the course structure and promotion path and stimulate teachers and students the positive energy, to increase the input of teachers to improve the etiquette quality of students majoring in port and shipping.
